By accessing or using Bonscape, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Bonscape is a workspace and canvas application that allows you to organize your thinking, collaborate with AI models, and manage your workflows. We provide the platform; you choose which AI providers to interact with through it.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

You agree to use Bonscape only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services to generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the service for other users.

You retain ownership of all content you create within Bonscape. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your workspace content, conversations, or data. The Bonscape platform, its design, and branding are owned by the Bonscape team.

Bonscape is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data before it is removed from our systems.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of Bonscape after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
